Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to dealers, branches, and customers in regard to product
specification, pricing, and delivery.
- Process amendment requests through Production and Engineering, as required.
- Process special feature requests.
- Provide major account support as assigned
|
Qualifications:
- This position requires a four year college degree, preferably in business or a
technical field. One or two years experience in a customer service environment and
strong product knowledge are preferred.
- Computer skills are required.
- A good working knowledge of BaaN, Mapper, and Lotus Notes are helpful.
- Ability to relocate nationally after successful training and development within this
role is also required.
