Job Title:	Truck Driver/Service Technician
Location:	CA-San Diego
Functional Area:	Truck Driving, CDL required
Shift:	1st

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive and operate a flatbed delivery truck with a tilt-bed for ground deliveries as well as dock deliveries in a safe manner.

- Load equipment and parts onto truck for delivery.

- Secure load with straps, chains, and binders as needed. Ensure that load is within rated
capacity of delivery truck and load does not exceed maximum height requirements.

- Deliver equipment and parts to various locations as instructed.

- Unload equipment in a safe manner.

- Perform daily pre-trip inspections of delivery truck.

- Keep daily driver's log.

- Ensure all paperwork, including bills of lading, match the equipment being transported.

- Obtain proper signatures

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks.

Qualifications:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical school graduate desired.

- Mechanical and electrical apptitude.

- A valid Class B Driver's License and a good driving record are required.

- Must be able to maneuver the truck in many conditions and back in and out of dock
areas.

- Good customer care skills are necessary.

- Spanish/English Bi-lingual preferred.
